General Behavior Policies

  1. Ninja Looting - Needless to say, don't ninja loot.  Do NOT disrespect the people you group with by stealing loot from them. If you disagree with loot policies set forth then just leave the group.
  2. Forums - Do not post retarded shit on the Lothar boards. You can post in any thread you want and even voice your opinion, but if you do it on your main that is in <Good Game> I don't want anything posted that is going to give us a bad name and draw negative attention to us.
  3. Drama - ABSOLUTELY NO DRAMA!!! I cannot stress this enough. We have a Zero Tolerance policy towards drama. If you have a problem with some of our policies or question about why certain things are done, please ask one of your officers and we will discuss the issue and resolve it quietly. Rumors, drama, and discontent among members is what tears guilds apart, and most of us have seen it first hand. We do not want drama queens, loot whores, or whiny little bitches representing this amazing guild. Just act like a mature adult and keep a cool head and there will be no problems. But our policy in regards to drama is going to be to take it out at the source. That means boot first, ask questions later.

  • Just remember that what you do with a <Good Game> tag will reflect upon the guild and it's members. We do not need unnecessary attention and drama brought to us because a few people feel the need to say or do something incredibly stupid.

Applying To Good Game
Read the Forums
  • Trial Period
If you are invited to join Good Game, you will be placed on trial. During this time, you will be evaluated on your performance and how well you interact with the rest of the guild. This period generally lasts for 2 weeks, but this will vary from applicant to applicant. During this time, you will receive absolutely no loot priority and no raid slot priority. You will be swapped out frequently for more experienced members.

In addition, if you have been told your membership is based on you completing a set of requirements (such as getting keyed for an instance, or getting better gear), it is your responsibility to complete these requirements, not the guild. Based on their own willingness and capability, guild members can and will help you, but it is not guaranteed in any way.

Finally, while members are required to have an 80% attendance rate, during the trial period, you are expected to be on as much as possible. We cannot evaluate you if you are not available. Applicants who are available to be subbed in during a raid will be taken over applicants who don't sign on or leave immediately after they are subbed out. It is your responsibility to make yourself available, not ours.
